HAPPY START OF THE NEW WEEK!! YAY MONDAYS!!<— LOL!! I know that wasn’t cool of me to say at all. 😉 BUT!! It’s YAY because of the early bird book releases that sound so good, like that one to the left.

Three things:

1.) I had a very quiet weekend. I didn’t really get much “extra” done other than my regular weekend routine (laundry, cleaning etc…). Which is good, but I love when I get involved in projects and complete/organize/create/re-oreganize things. I get a sense of accomplishment. The only thing I did was a bit of repotting and watching my garden grow. LOL!

2.) I did watch a movie that I LOVED!!! “Cobweb” <— I had never even heard of it, and it showed up on my Amazon (and apparently it’s now on Netflix too). HOLY MOLY it was scary and fun, but a scene cinched it in my mind as forever unforgettable. It’s been AGES since a movie scene scared me and creeped me out so hard, and THIS ONE did it!! If you like horror then this one is a fun-scary surprise!! Wanna be creeped out right now?? Check out this crazy scene and you’ll see what I mean. I was so freaked out by it, I rewound it just for my husband to see. He acted all unimpressed but PAH-LEEEEASE. You know, I know he found it creepy as hell too. So I was extra excited when I found the EXACT scene on my Facebook feed and wrote:

The whole… I wanna sleep with the lights on? THAT SCENE is the exact thing I’m scared of… in the dark. EEEEEEEEP!!! And they brought it to LIFE in this movie.

3.) I also bought this fake Fiddle Fig tree that I like well enough. I have a real one out on my lanai that is thriving, but while my house has lots of bright windows, most of them are in the bedrooms. The main area is darker (not so dark that we’re forced to turn on lights during the day or anything) but not bright natural light (just… subdued natural light) and plants in this area just don’t thrive the way they do in my bedrooms or on my lanai unless I use grow lights). So, after seeing pretty fake fiddle figs on home selling shows, I decided to get one. It’s actually pretty nice. I still need to style it and fluff it and all but not bad… not bad at all.
