Effective January 1, the seventeen-year Bloomsbury veteran will assume the role of executive editor, where she will continue shaping the adult list that has transformed the U.K.-based company’s U.S. arm into a trade powerhouse. Bloomsbury will begin recruiting for a new adult publishing director to oversee both fiction and nonfiction, reporting to president Sabrina McCarthy.
